On Saturday night March 11th the Fremont Galleria officially opened its doors to the public, becoming Puerto Penasco’s first cooperative art gallery.  Located on Fremont Blvd, across from the Fire Station, an invited audience of nearly one hundred appreciative art lovers viewed the works of more than 20 local artists including; Izrael Rios, Memuco, Brisio Toledo, Guillermo Munro, Mario Perez, Ariel Salazar, Laura Rivera, Elly Balderrama, Ricardo Monjaraz and many more.

Many of the artists will be in the Galleria daily, working on new paintings and soon will be conducting art classes for the public. You’re invited to stop by and watch the artists at work. Most artwork is for sale and new works can be commissioned directly with the artists.

Admission is free.
